College Preparation Counseling

Taiwan Adventist International School will assign counselors to each College Prep student to assist them in preparing their college applications:

  1. We will analyze the student's academic and extracurricular accomplishments and identify areas where it will make a difference.
  2. We will identify a list of schools to which to apply and evaluate the chances for admission to each of the schools.
  3. We will map a strategy that includes academic course selection, standardized test taking strategies, and effective extracurricular activities.
  4. We will provide selection, timing, and target strategies for SAT I, II, and AP exams.
  5. We will follow-up on submitted applications to ensure receipt, completeness, and that they receive the proper attention that they deserve.
