台灣復臨國際學校遵循美國標準180天上課學年制，行事曆包括美系之聖誕節假期與春節假期。一學年制將會有2個學期。每學期為18週課程。
TAIS提供一個個人化的教育系統，學生透過美國GRIGGS國際高中課程取得畢業認證，學生將可以獲得美國高中文憑。一個學分單位被定義為一個學期中每周一小時的課堂教學。因此，10學分課程為一學年度每日一小時課堂教學課程。
