暑期英文班Summer School(12-17歲)

This is my first time to come here in TAIS. My brother studied here before, so I came here to study, too. In the first week, we were like a stranger. We didn’t talk to each other. In the second week, we tried to make a new friend. Now, we walk to each other and eat together, it was very happy. I think the class was fun, too. It’s different from my school in Taipei. There were PE class and activities in the afternoon which can help me to lose my weight. I love summer school so much! I hope next year I can join the summer again.

這是我第一次來復臨我哥之前讀過這裡，所以我也來了。第一周的時候，我們對彼此很陌生，沒有交談。第二周的時候就交到了一些新朋友，會一起走， 一起吃，很快樂。上課也很有趣，跟我在台北的學校很不一樣。下午有很多的體育課和活動可以幫助我減肥。我超愛暑期課程，希望明年還能參加。

TAIS is a good school. In TAIS, I was very happy. I learned a lot of English and made many friends. My best friend is Mark.

TAIS是個好學校，我很開心。我學到很多英文並且交了許多朋友，我最好的朋友是Mark。

I came here on July 13th. At the beginning, I was very shy and quiet. I liked to stayed in the dorm and do nothing until more students knew my name. They called me “brother sky”. I felt they were friendly and funny. Day by day I became happier and have more confidence. Dodge ball isn’t my favorite sport, but I played with James, Ivan and William. It was fun and exciting. On July 18th we went on a field trip. Mark, James, and I rode the rollercoaster and UFO drop. I was very exciting. Studying in TAIS was enjoyable and I learn a lot. Now I am not afraid of speaking English.

我7/13才來的，開始的時候，我非常害羞又安靜，我喜歡留在宿舍甚麼都不做，直到更多同學認識我。他們叫我”Brother Sky”。我覺得他們很友善很好笑。一天天之後我越來越開心並且越來越有信心。躲避球不是我最愛的運動，但是我和James, Ivan, William一起玩，很好玩有刺激。7/18的時候我們去了戶外教學，Mark, James和我搭了雲霄飛車換幽浮自由落體，我超興奮的。在TAIS學習是很有樂趣的而我學到很多。現在我不再害怕開口說英文了。

Hi! I’m Jerry Peng. I like this summer school. The teachers are nice and kind to everyone. I like all the classes. My classmate is so funny. My roommate is taking good care of me. The food in the cafeteria is good and yummy. The PE class has basketball contest and my team got the second place of the game. I like summer school, I want to come next year.

我喜歡暑期課程，老師對每個人都很好很仁慈，我喜歡全部的課程。我的室友是一個很有趣又很照顧我的人，餐廳的食物也不錯，好吃，體育課有籃球比賽，我那一隊得了第二名。我喜歡暑期課程，明年我還要參加。

I came to the TAIS summer school for the first time. I am happy to join them. It’s very fun in this school. I like to play basketball and that helps me make a new friend. I like the school very much because the people are nice and kind.

我第一次參加暑期課程，我很高興加入他們。在學校裡很有趣，我喜歡打籃球，這也讓我交到一個新朋友。我很喜歡這間學校因為這裡的人都很好，很良善。
