The dedicated faculty and staff are TAIS’s number one asset.
As a boarding school, the interaction with students continues beyond the regular school day. Teachers sponsor the extra-curricular clubs that meet during the weekdays. TAIS faculty and staff also give their weekend and evenings to support students in a variety of ways. The fun weekend activities would not be possible without the commitment of this terrific team. Teachers host student care groups in their homes and take part in a range of weekend activities such as hikes in the mountains, rides along the lake, and community service projects. These activities foster close bonds between students, as well as between teachers and students and positively impact classroom engagement and social interaction.
